🧪 Preparation Steps

  1. Dissolve soda ash in 2L of water and leave it for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Dissolve STPP in another 2L of water (optional but improves result).
  3. Dissolve caustic soda in 1L of water. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a large bucket, pour 10L of water and add sulphonic acid. Stir gently.
  5. Add Texapon slowly and stir until fully blended (foaming starts).
  6. Add pre-dissolved soda ash, caustic soda, STPP one by one, stirring continuously.
  7. Slowly add salt until you get your desired thickness.
  8. Add color (a few drops), stir well.
  9. Add perfume and formalin. Stir thoroughly.
  10. Let it settle for 2–4 hours before bottling.
Note: Always wear gloves and safety gear. Caustic soda is corrosive.
