🧪 Preparation Steps
- Dissolve soda ash in 2L of water and leave it for 1 hour or overnight.
- Dissolve STPP in another 2L of water (optional but improves result).
- Dissolve caustic soda in 1L of water. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bucket, pour 10L of water and add sulphonic acid. Stir gently.
- Add Texapon slowly and stir until fully blended (foaming starts).
- Add pre-dissolved soda ash, caustic soda, STPP one by one, stirring continuously.
- Slowly add salt until you get your desired thickness.
- Add color (a few drops), stir well.
- Add perfume and formalin. Stir thoroughly.
- Let it settle for 2–4 hours before bottling.
Note: Always wear gloves and safety gear. Caustic soda is corrosive.
